Ladder’s Little Helper is designed to protect gutters from damage caused by ladders moving unprotected on the lip of the gutter. It is also helps reduce ladder movement. Ladder's Little Helper must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. You should place Ladder's Little Helper on a clean and dry gutter lip only. It is recommended for use at a single story level only and should NOT be used in wet or icy conditions or if gutter lip is dirty. Also, do not use when gutter guard prevents Ladder's Little Helper from being placed firmly on the gutter lip. Using ladders is an inherently dangerous activity. We recommend the following non-exhaustive guidelines: use the ladder only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions; position the ladder carefully; ensure that the ladder is on level ground; do not use a ladder if the ground is uneven, wet or slippery; do not use a ladder in windy weather, near power lines or live wires; secure the ladder firmly-tie-off the top of the ladder and attach ties to the stiles (not the rungs) of the ladder; work within the stiles and do not overstretch; do not lean the ladder against an unstable surface. Ladder's Little Helper can only be used for ladders between 9” and 18” (24 cm and 45 cm) wide. Ladder's Little Helper must be fitted by using a well-fitting pole handle. Always ensure the Ladder's Little Helper rubber pads are firmly on the gutter lip avoiding gutter brackets. Do not stand on the ladder while fixing Ladder's Little Helper in place. Ensure that Ladder's Little Helper is stored away from sunlight and moisture so as to protect the black rubber and molded material. This product should not be dropped from any height. We warrant that Ladder's Little Helper will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year from original purchase. This limited warranty does not apply in the event of any neglect or improper use or storage of Ladder's Little Helper. In the case of a warranty claim we may at our discretion repair or replace the defective item. Use of Ladder's Little Helper is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by the use of Ladder's Little Helper. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions and warranties expressed or implied by any legislation, the common law, or otherwise is expressly excluded. We acknowledge that legislation may imply certain conditions or warranties and confer certain rights and remedies which may be excluded, modified or restricted. Where permitted by law, our liability under those non-excludable rights and under our limited warranty above is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods.
